Refund policy

It's our policy to grant returns only for damaged products. Please notify us immediately if your merchandise is damaged.

Please understand that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 12 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will not be held responsible if orders are returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or for items that go unclaimed at the depot. If orders are returned to us, we will have to charge the international postage cost to resend the item to you.

Customs Charges / Import Duty
Items may be subject to additional customs charges/import taxes - this varies by product & country. Please check with your local customs agency. These fees are not included in the price or P&P and must be covered by the customer. Please be aware of this before placing any orders.
