Intimate Whispers, Solo Gallery Show Opening

Vardan Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of Intimate Whispers, Shantell Martin's first exhibition with the gallery in Los Angeles, on view from February 29 through April 17, 2024. Through this exhibition, Martin invites us into a world of introspection and personal dialogue, utilizing her signature black-and-white drawings to bridge the gap between fine art, design, education, philosophy, and technology. This show is a testament to the power of art to facilitate deep, personal conversations within ourselves about our dreams, thoughts, and the silent moments that define us. Intimate Whispers challenges us to reflect on the intimate conversations that shape our lives, offering a moment of pause for guests in attendance. It's a celebration of the introspective journey, reminding us of the importance of listening to our inner selves in the hustle and bustle of daily life. Join us for the opening reception, with music provided by DJs Lani Love and Vanguard Bots.
